Alan is the chief medical officer in Hillingdon Hospital, in North West London. An anaesthetist by professional background he has been a Medical Director, Site Chief Executive Officer and Chief Clinical Information Officer (all within the Royal Free London Trust). He has been a Council Member and a Final Examiner for the Royal College of Anaesthetists. During wave 1 of Covid-19 Pandemic, Alan was the Medical Director of the Nightingale Hospital in London.
