Integrated within the HSJ Patient Safety Congress, the Exchange offers a closed-door, discussion-based environment where system leaders can explore how to translate evolving national strategy into local impact - while maintaining safe, high-quality care during a time of financial and structural pressure.

As the NHS looks to implement the 10-Year Plan and upcoming Quality Strategy, this year’s exchange will focus on priorities for change to support leaders in embedding safety into long-term system plans — from ICS transformation to hospital-at-home models and trauma-informed care.
