Peter Sheppard is a qualified lawyer with over 30 years experience in the legal-medical healthcare sector. Peter became MD of NES Healthcare in 2005 and has led the Company through significant innovative growth since that date.

His passion is to continue to develop and enhance the role of the Resident Doctor within the NHS through innovative cost effective staffing models, pioneering training and assessment of overseas doctors with a commitment to high standards of medical care and integrity with the ultimate aim of ensuring excellent quality and continuity of care for patients.

His aim is to encourage cultural change within the NHS and demonstrate the benefits for patients, the benefits for the NHS and the benefits for the Country as a whole. He has worked with a significant number of NHS Trusts over the years in order to address their staffing issues and the quality of care received by their patients.
