Having worked in the NHS for 35 years, Kathryn has extensive experience of leading clinical and corporate governance at a senior level in the NHS across acute, community, mental health and commissioning.  She is currently the Chief Clinical Governance Officer at Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals Group where she is the Executive Lead for ensuring that the Group have appropriate Clinical Governance systems and processes in place.  She has been instrumental in implementing the requirements of the National Patient Safety Strategy such as  PSIRF, Patient Safety Partners, patient safety education and training across the Group.
