Are you a Patient Safety Specialist?
You’re invited to an exclusive Congress Networking Lunch

Only 40 places available!

Thursday 15 September | 1pm – 2.15pm

With 700+ Patient Safety Specialists now appointed across the health and care system, the HSJ Patient Safety Congress is delighted to bring the community together in-person for the first time.

To support you in your new capacity in this evolving role, the Congress is hosting an exclusive networking lunch on Day 1 (15th September, 1pm-2.15pm), giving you the chance to meet your counterparts across the country, in the lead up to World Patient Safety Day.

During the lunch we will be hosting informal topic-led discussion groups, enabling you to exchange ideas and progress made so far as well as address early concerns that you’re experiencing. Conversation topics include:

  • Breaking down the barriers between quality, governance and safety to create a united team for patient safety
  • Responding to national priorities and driving systemic change and developing an improvement programme for the organisation
  • Accessing and influencing executive boards to strengthen your organisation’s patient safety agenda
  • Hearts and minds: Embedding cultural change and putting patient safety at the heart of the organisation

This is a one-off opportunity to meet face-to-face, strengthen relationships, grow your network and exchange some of your early experiences in this new role.

This will be conducted under the Chatham House Rule to allow for open and honest discussions.
With only 40 places available, guarantee your seat at the table.

We hope you can join your peers and contribute to valuable discussions around translating national priorities into local action.

Once you have booked your ticket to the event, our team will be in touch to follow up and confirm your place for the lunch.
